Amended Lease definition
Amended Lease means this Amended and Restated Lease Agreement and any future amendments and supplements hereto.
Amended Lease means the Initial Lease amended as described above and the term “Lease” shall mean the Amended Lease as further amended by this Eleventh Amendment.
Amended Lease means the Initial Lease as amended by First Amendment, and the “Lease” shall mean the Amended Lease as modified by this Second Amendment. The parties desire to amend the Lease as follows (all on the terms and conditions set forth in this Second Amendment):

As amended hereby, Amended Lease No. 2 is ratified and confirmed.
Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Amended Lease No.
Except as specifically set forth herein, the Amended Lease is and remains in full force and effect and binding on the parties.
Nothing in this Section shall in any way alter the provisions of the Amended Lease restricting assignment or subletting.

More Definitions of Amended Lease
Amended Lease shall have the meaning given such term in the preambles to this Agreement.
Amended Lease means the Initial Lease as amended by the First Amendment, Second Amendment and Third Amendment and “Lease” means the Amended Lease as modified by this Fourth Amendment.
Amended Lease and "Prime" as used in the Lease shall each have the meanings ascribed to each such term in this Agreement. The term "Consent" as used in the Lease shall mean this Agreement.
Amended Lease means the Initial Lease as modified by the amendments listed above and “Lease” means the Amended Lease as modified by this Eighth Amendment.
Amended Lease means the Initial Lease as modified by the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, and the "Lease" shall mean the Amended Lease as further amended by this Third Amendment. The parties desire to further amend the Amended Lease as set forth below. Except as otherwise specifically defined herein all capitalized terms shall have the meanings assigned in the Amended Lease.
Amended Lease means the Initial Lease as modified by the First Amendment and the "Lease" shall mean the Amended Lease. The parties desire to amend the Lease to add expansion premises located at 22122 20th Avenue SE, Bothell, Washington 98021, Building H, U▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ (▇▇▇ "▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇") ▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇ertain other modifications all as more fully set forth herein. Except as otherwise specifically defined herein all capitalized terms shall have the meanings assigned in the Amended Lease.
Amended Lease means a lease in substantially the same form and content as the Amended Lease attached hereto as Exhibit "A."
