Amendment Date definition

Amendment Date has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Examples of Amendment Date in a sentence

• The requirement to cause to be furnished accountant letter(s) pursuant to this Section 3(q) shall be waived for any Registration Statement Amendment Date, Company Earnings Report Date, Company Periodic Report Date or Request Date occurring at a time at which the Company has not instructed any Agent to sell Shares as provided in Section 2(b), which waiver shall continue until the date on which the Company delivers such an instruction as provided in Section 2(b).

More Definitions of Amendment Date

Amendment Date means the date on which the Required Filings are filed with the Registrar in accordance with the terms of the Amendment;
