Amendment No. 2 Effective Date definition

Amendment No. 2 Effective Date has the meaning specified in Amendment No. 2.

Amendment No. 2 Effective Date means the “Amendment Effective Date” under and as defined in Amendment No. 2.

Amendment No. 2 Effective Date means June 13, 2022.

• Pursuant to this Amendment, the Borrower hereby requests a Borrowing of 2024 Term B Loans in an aggregate principal amount of $777,500,000.00, with such Borrowing to be made as Term SOFR Loans on the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date and to have an Interest Period under the Amended Credit Agreement ending on September 30, 2024.
