Amendment to Schedule 2 Clause Samples
Amendment to Schedule 2. 01. As of the Second Amendment Effective Date, Schedule 2.01 (Commitments and Applicable Percentages) to the Credit Agreement shall be replaced in its entirety with Schedule 2.01 attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Amendment to Schedule 2. 01. Schedule 2.01 to the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced by Schedule 2.01 attached hereto.
Amendment to Schedule 2. 1(a) Schedule 2.1(a) of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as attached as Exhibit B.
Amendment to Schedule 2. Schedule 2 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the new Schedule 2 attached to the end of this Amendment.
Amendment to Schedule 2. 13 of the Agreement. Schedule 2.13 to the Agreement is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety and replacing it with Schedule 2.13 attached hereto.
Amendment to Schedule 2. 01. The Available Currency Commitment portion of Schedule 2.01 of the Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety in the form of Schedule 1 attached to this Amendment.
Amendment to Schedule 2. Schedule 2 to the Purchase Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced in its entirety with Schedule 2 attached hereto.
Amendment to Schedule 2. 01. Schedule 2.01 is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as set forth on Schedule 2.01 attached to this Amendment.
Amendment to Schedule 2. 13(a). Schedule 2.13(a) shall be amended by adding the following:
Amendment to Schedule 2. 2(k). Schedule 2.2(k) to the Agreement is hereby amended by deleting item 5 thereof in its entirety and replacing it with item 5 set forth on Schedule 2.2(k) attached hereto.
