Anchor Investor Allocation Notice definition

Anchor Investor Allocation Notice means the note or advice or intimation of allocation of the Equity Shares sent to the Anchor Investors who have been allocated the Equity Shares after discovery of the Anchor Investor Allocation Price, including any revisions thereof.

  • Put Option Notice means a notice which must be delivered to a Paying Agent by any Noteholder wanting to exercise a right to redeem a Note at the option of the Noteholder;

  • Anchor Investor means a Qualified Institutional Buyer, applying under the Anchor Investor Portion in accordance with the requirements specified in the SEBI ICDR Regulations and the Red Xxxxxxx Prospectus and who has Bid for an amount of at least ₹100 million.
