Ancillary business definition

Ancillary business means a business owned by a wholesaler, a stockholder of a wholesaler, or a partner of a wholesaler the primary purpose of which is directly related to the transporting, storing, or marketing of the brand or brands of beer of a supplier with whom the wholesaler has an agreement; or a business owned by a wholesaler, a stockholder of a wholesaler, or a partner of a wholesaler which recycles empty returnable beverage containers.
Ancillary business means any business or opportunity that is related to any CME Business, can reasonably be expected to a customer or supplier of goods or services of any such CME Business in the usual and ordinary course of business, or is otherwise necessary to support the primary activities of any CME Business.
