Ancillary Products definition

Ancillary Products means any and all other products or services which are selected by Lessee and provided by Lessor which are offered for rental with, included in, attached to, or appurtenant to the Modular Equipment, and set forth in this Lease Agreement.
Ancillary Products means the stairs; railings; ramps; awnings; fencing; furniture; kitchen equipment and food service supplies including consumables; restroom appurtenances and supplies; office products; computers, printers, monitors, scanners, and other telecommunication related devices; security systems; temporary alternative heat, electric and sanitary systems; convenience items; and any other ancillary products or services which are selected by Lessee and provided by Lessor which are offered for rental with, included in, attached or appurtenant to the Modular Equipment, and set forth in this Lease Agreement.
Ancillary Products means any of the following: credit life insurance; credit accident and health insurance; credit property insurance; unemployment insurance; auto club memberships or buying club memberships. “Large Bank” shall mean any bank or savings association with deposits in excess of $5 billion, and any companies affiliated with such Large Bank. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Executive’s ownership of less than five percent (5%) of the outstanding voting or debt securities of any corporation or other entity shall not constitute a violation of the provisions of this Agreement if such securities are listed on a national or regional securities exchange or have been registered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

Examples of Ancillary Products in a sentence

  • A policy of insurance covering all loss or damage to the Equipment, including flood and earthquake, for not less than 100% of the Equipment Value and the Ancillary Products value as established by Lessor for the full term of the Lease Agreement.

  • In the event of a Total Loss of the Modular Equipment, Lessee shall pay Lessor on the next date for the payment of rent: the rent then due; plus the value of the Modular Equipment (the “Equipment Value”) as stipulated in the Lease Agreement; plus the value of all destroyed Ancillary Products; less all insurance proceeds actually paid and/or assigned to Lessor from insurance maintained by Lessee; plus all applicable Taxes and Fees and/or transfer taxes (together the “Total Loss Amount”).

  • Lessee understands that some Ancillary Products originate from third-party suppliers.

  • Lessee assumes full responsibility for any Ancillary Products and/or other items missing from the Equipment upon return.

  • Upon Lessor’s receipt of the Total Loss Amount, Lessee’s lease obligation will terminate and Lessor will transfer available ownership documents to the Modular Equipment to Lessee, unless Lessor agrees in writing to dispose of the Modular Equipment and any destroyed Ancillary Products at Lessee’s sole cost and expense.

Ancillary Products means (i) any financial services or financial or credit related products (other than FDS Credit Cards), including insurance products and services, credit protection products, investment and securities products, home equity products, wealth accumulation products, savings and deposit products and debt suspension products and (ii) any auto, travel or other membership clubs and similar services that are not FDS Goods and Services.
Ancillary Products means service contracts, warranties, mechanical breakdown contracts, GAP contracts, vehicle recovery devices, credit life, credit accident, and health insurance. In addition, the term shall include other products and services acceptable to and approved in writing from time to time by Avid.
