The Anniversary Year, beginning with the Employee's second Anniversary Year.
The Trustee shall be entitled, annually, to the Trustee Fee, which shall be paid by the Securities Administrator on the first Distribution Date of each Anniversary Year.
In the event that the Trustee incurs reimbursable fees and expenses in excess of $100,000, it may seek reimbursement for such amounts in subsequent Anniversary Years, but in no event shall more than $100,000 be reimbursed to the Trustee per Anniversary Year.
