Anniversary Year definition

Anniversary Year. The one-year period beginning on the Closing Date and ending on the first anniversary thereof, and each subsequent one-year period beginning on the day after the end of the preceding Anniversary Year and ending on next succeeding anniversary of the Closing Date.
Anniversary Year means (1) the twelve-month period following the date on which an Employee first begins his employment with the Company or an Affiliated Company, as well as successive twelve-month periods thereafter, and (2) the twelve-month period following the date on which an Employee returns to the employ of the Company or an Affiliated Company after incurring a One-Year Break in Service, as well as successive twelve-month periods thereafter. No Anniversary Year shall be credited for purposes of vesting under Section 4.2(a) unless in such Anniversary Year the Employee has completed 1,000 or more Hours of Service for the Company or an Affiliated Company.
Anniversary Year means the period of twelve months from the date of issue of a Card and each twelve-month period thereafter.

More Definitions of Anniversary Year

Anniversary Year means the twelve (12) consecutive month period ending on the last day of April each year. The initial Anniversary Year shall commence on the effective date of this Agreement.
Anniversary Year means each year that is the first anniversary of the Closing Date and each anniversary year thereafter that ends on the 365th day in such subsequent year.
