Examples of Annual Base Salary in a sentence
During the Term, the Annual Base Salary may be increased by the Compensation Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Compensation Committee”) in its sole discretion.
In addition to the Annual Base Salary, for each fiscal year ending during the Term, the Executive may be eligible for an annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (the “Annual Bonus”) as determined by the Compensation Committee.
Such Annual Base Salary shall be paid in the amounts and on the dates upon which it would have been paid if the Employment Period had not ended prior to the end of the Term.
The term “Annual Base Salary” as utilized in this Agreement shall refer to the Annual Base Salary as so adjusted.
The Company shall pay the Executive the Annual Base Salary to which the Executive would be entitled for the period commencing on the day after the Termination Date and ending on the date of the end of the Term; provided the Executive signs and delivers the Release within the consideration period identified in the Release and the Release become irrevocable within such sixty (60) day period after the Termination Date.
