Annual Base Salary definition

Annual Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).
Annual Base Salary shall refer to the Annual Base Salary as so increased.

  • Beginning with the Company’s fiscal year beginning in 2023, Executive will participate in the Company’s annual cash incentive plan established for senior executives with an annual target cash award equal to 100% of the Annual Base Salary, with the ability to earn up to a maximum cash award equal to 200% of the Annual Base Salary.


More Definitions of Annual Base Salary

Annual Base Salary as used in this Agreement shall refer to the Annual Base Salary as it may be so increased.
Annual Base Salary means the Executive’s annual base salary from the Company.
Annual Base Salary means the greater of (a) the highest annual rate of base salary in effect for Executive during the 12-month period immediately prior to a Change of Control, or (b) the annual rate of base salary in effect on the date Executive’s employment is terminated.
Annual Base Salary means, as of a specified date, Executive’s annual base salary as of such date determined pursuant to Section 4.1.
Annual Base Salary means the Executive's gross annual salary before any deductions, exclusions or any deferrals or contributions under any Company plan or program, but excluding bonuses, incentive compensation, employee benefits or any other non-salary form of compensation (determined without regard to any reduction in Annual Base Salary that results in "Good Reason" termination).
