Annual Bonus Pool definition

Annual Bonus Pool means 2% of Net Income for the Performance Period.

Annual Bonus Pool means the annual bonus pool which Senior Managers of the Company shall be entitled to divide and shall be determined by multiplying the Applicable Percentage by the Maximum Annual Financial Bonus for the given Fiscal Year.
