Annual Commitment definition

Annual Commitment means the annual Component commitments as indicated in the applicable Order Document.
Annual Commitment means, with respect to each Participant, the portion of the Estimated Aggregate Participation Commitment (as defined in the applicable Subscription Agreement) payable in a Funding Year covered by the Participation Agreement.
Annual Commitment for each Contract Year shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(b) below.

More Definitions of Annual Commitment

Annual Commitment means the number of annual Transactions committed in the applicable Order Document.
