Examples of Annual Dues in a sentence

  • In all membership years thereafter, standard Annual Dues for the applicable Level of Membership shall apply and will be due on 1 October.

  • This Agreement shall not become effective until (i) it is accepted by the Company in accordance with the Bylaws of the Company and (ii) subject to Sections 6 below, the Company has received the initial Annual Dues set forth on the signature page hereto.

  • All Annual Dues are payable to the Company in US dollars and are non-refundable.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, by signing below, each Applicant who joins after 31st October of the Company’s then current fiscal year hereby agrees that, if the Applicant’s Membership ceases before the Applicant has paid at least half of the Annual Dues applicable to Applicant’s Level of Membership (the “Minimum Dues”), then the Applicant shall promptly pay the Company the difference between the Minimum Dues and the Prorated Amount.
