Annual Forecast Report definition
Annual Forecast Report means a written report in relation to a fiscal year with respect to the Project, to be prepared by or on behalf of the Seller, including with reasonable detail:
Annual Forecast Report means a written report in relation to a fiscal year, with respect to each of the Midas Mine and the Fire Creek Project, to be prepared by or on behalf of the Seller, including with reasonable detail a forecast, based on the current development or mine plan, as applicable, of the quantity of gold, silver and other Minerals expected to be produced during such fiscal year on a month-by-month basis and over the remaining life of the mine on a year-by-year basis, including:
Annual Forecast Report shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3(a).
Examples of Annual Forecast Report in a sentence
AEM shall deliver or cause to be delivered to KIA the final Annual Forecast Report as soon as practicable following its preparation.
In any calendar quarter, CHI shall not be required to supply hereunder more than the lower of (i) the quantity of Products for the calendar quarter forecast in the most recent Annual Forecast Report delivered at least 60 days before such calendar quarter and (ii) 125% of the quantity of such Products purchased by Distributor in the preceding quarter (the “Quarterly Forecast Amount”).
The Annual Forecast Report shall not create any binding obligation on the part of Distributor to purchase the amount of Product forecast in such report.
The Owner shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Holder before the beginning of each fiscal year, a preliminary Annual Forecast Report.
The Holder shall treat the preliminary and final Annual Forecast Report as Confidential Information under section 3.9 below and shall not publicly disclose such information until such time as the Owner, or either of the entities which control the partners of the Owner, namely, Agnico Eagle Mines Limited and Yamana Gold Inc., has publicly disclosed the information.

Annual Forecast Report means a written report in relation to a Fiscal Year with respect to each Project, to be prepared by or on behalf of the Company, including with reasonable detail:
(i) the amount and a description of planned operating and capital expenditures, including:
(1) the amount and a description of planned exploration expenditures, including a breakdown by exploration target;
(2) the amount and, to the extent reasonably feasible, a description of planned development and other capital expenditures, including a breakdown of the major components thereof; and
(3) a breakdown by sustaining and non-sustaining costs; and
(ii) a forecast, based on the then current Mine Plan for the Project, for such Fiscal Year on a month-by-month basis and over the remaining life of the mine on a year-by-year basis of:
(1) the estimated tonnes and grade of Minerals to be mined; and
(2) the estimated tonnes and grade of Minerals to be processed, and expected recoveries for gold, silver and other types of marketable minerals.
Annual Forecast Report means an annual written report prepared by AEM with respect to the Whale Tail Project, including with reasonable detail a forecast, based on the current development or mine plan as applicable, of the quantity of gold and other Product expected to be produced during the year on a month-by-month basis and over the subsequent two years on a year-by-year basis, including:
Annual Forecast Report means a written report, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, acting reasonably, in relation to a fiscal year of the Borrower, which shall include with reasonable detail a forecast of the results of operations and revenues of the PGM Group Members (on a consolidated basis), including:

Annual Forecast Report means a written report in relation to a Fiscal Year with respect to the Project, to be prepared by or on behalf of the Borrower, including with reasonable details the following items:
1.1.11.1 the amount and a description of planned operating and capital expenditures, including:
1.1.11.1.1 the amount and a description of planning exploration expenditures, including a breakdown by exploration target;
1.1.11.1.2 the amount and, to the extent reasonably feasible, a description of planned development and other capital expenditures, including a breakdown of the major components thereof; and
1.1.11.1.3 a breakdown of other project development costs as such permitting, studies and CSR; and
1.1.11.2 a forecast based on the then current Mine Plan for the Project, for such Fiscal Year on a month-by-month basis and over the remaining life of the mine on a year-by-year basis of:
1.1.11.2.1 the estimated tonnes and grade of Minerals to be mined;
1.1.11.2.2 the estimated tonnes and grade of Minerals to be stockpiled; and
1.1.11.2.3 the estimated tonnes and grade of Minerals to be processed, and expected recoveries for gold, silver and other types of marketable minerals.
Annual Forecast Report means a written report, in relation to a fiscal year, with respect to the Property, including with reasonable detail a forecast, based on the current development or mine plan as applicable, of the quantity of gold, and other Minerals expected to be produced during such fiscal year on a month-by-month basis and over the remaining life of the mine on a year-by- year basis, including:
(i) the amount and a description of planned operating and capital expenditures;
(ii) types, tonnes and grade of Minerals to be mined;
(iii) types, tonnes and grade of Minerals to be stockpiled; and
(iv) with respect to the processing facilities, the types, tonnes and grade of Minerals to be processed; expected recoveries for gold and other Minerals; and doré weight and gold doré grade.
