Annual License definition

Annual License. Fee shall mean the fee payable in terms of clauses 10.3 and 10.4 of this Agreement by the End-User.

Annual License. When the Customer is granted an Annual License, the Customer is entitled to use the Licensed Material for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months as of the Effective Date. Annual Licenses shall be automatically renewed in accordance with Article 8 of this XXXX.
