Annual Operating Budget definition

Annual Operating Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 4.11.

More Definitions of Annual Operating Budget

Annual Operating Budget means the annual operating budget for Borrower and its Subsidiaries in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.
