Annual Operating Budget definition

Annual Operating Budget as defined in Section 6.2(c).

  • The Lessee shall cause funds to be deposited in one or more operating accounts established by Manager, in amounts sufficient to operate the Premises in accordance with the Annual Operating Budget, including the establishment and maintenance of positive Working Capital and Inventories as reasonably determined by Manager.

More Definitions of Annual Operating Budget

Annual Operating Budget shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.09(b).
Annual Operating Budget means the annual operating budget for Borrower and its Subsidiaries in substantially the form of, and containing substantially the same or similar information as set forth in, the Annual Operating Budget (Business Plan) for Borrower and its Subsidiaries included in the Confidential Information Memorandum dated April 1998 delivered to the Syndication Parties prior to the Closing Date.
