Annual Payments definition

Annual Payments means the payments made by the City under this Support Agreement as set forth in Section 4.1(a), which such payments are equal to one-half of the payments of principal and interest due on the Bond in each Fiscal Year.
Annual Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(A).
Annual Payments means those payments under the Annuity in the annual amount of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Canadian Dollars (Cdn. $2,500,000), pro-rated for partial years.

  • The Settling Distributors shall make eighteen (18) Annual Payments, each comprised of base and incentive payments as provided in this Section IV, as well as fifty percent (50%) of the amount of any Settlement Fund Administrator costs and fees that exceed the available interest accrued in the Settlement Fund as provided in Section V.C.5, and as determined by the Settlement Fund Administrator as set forth in this Agreement.

  • If the payment obligation of the Released Entity to the relevant Later Litigating Subdivision exceeds the amounts in the Settlement Fund Escrow on account of the suspension, the Settling Distributor at issue shall receive a dollar-for-dollar offset, subject to the yearly Offset Cap, for the excess amount against its obligation to pay its allocable share of Annual Payments that would be apportioned to the Settling State at issue and to its Subdivisions.

  • The offset shall be applied in equal installments to reduce the Annual Payments for Payment Years 3 through 7 that would be apportioned to that State and to its Subdivisions, and shall remain applicable even if that State subsequently becomes eligible for Incentive Payment A.

More Definitions of Annual Payments

Annual Payments means, with respect to any Material Contract, (x) the total amount of the payments expected to be paid or received, as applicable, under such Material Contract (y) divided by the total number of years of the term of such Material Contract.
