Annual Period definition
Annual Period has the meaning stated in Section 4.3(e).
Annual Period means each twelve (12) month period commencing on the Effective Date and, thereafter, on each anniversary of the Effective Date.
Annual Period means each one year period beginning on the Closing Date and each anniversary thereafter.
Examples of Annual Period in a sentence
The Servicer will pay the Asset Representations Reviewer as compensation for acting as the Asset Representations Reviewer under this ARR Agreement, an annual fee (the “Annual Fee”) with respect to each Annual Period prior to the termination of the Issuing Entity, in an amount equal to $5,000 upon receipt of a written invoice therefor from the Asset Representations Reviewer.
For the final Annual Period, upon notice from the Servicer, the Annual Fee shall be pro-rated to the remaining term.
More Definitions of Annual Period
Annual Period means the period from and including the Issue Date to and excluding the first Anniversary Date and each subsequent period from and including the immediately preceding Anniversary Date to and excluding the next following Anniversary Date.
