In Year One of the Initial Term, the monthly payment of the Annual Price shall be $265,441.17.
If there is an increase of greater than 10% in total annual chemical costs over the Base Year estimate in any year of the agreement then the Client shall pay OCWA the entire amount of the increase over and above the Annual Price.
