Annual Price definition

Annual Price is defined in Section 1 under Schedule D of this Agreement.
Annual Price means the price for the First Contract Year, the Base Annual Price, or the Adjusted Annual Price as the context requires. Expressed for a 365 day time period or 366 day time period for a leap year (exclusive of GST and inclusive of all other applicable taxes, duties and other charges) for a particular Contract Year;
Annual Price means the price per contract box of citrus delivered to processors as determined in accordance with section 18;

Examples of Annual Price in a sentence

  • In Year One of the Initial Term, the monthly payment of the Annual Price shall be $265,441.17.

  • If there is an increase of greater than 10% in total annual chemical costs over the Base Year estimate in any year of the agreement then the Client shall pay OCWA the entire amount of the increase over and above the Annual Price.

  • During this twelve (12) month period or mutually agreed upon extension period, the Client shall pay the Annual Price paid for the last Year of the Current Term, plus an adjustment for inflation calculated as described in Schedule D, pro-rated over that period.

  • OCWA is responsible for paying hydro and natural gas costs in respect of the Facilities, and has included this cost in the Annual Price.

More Definitions of Annual Price

Annual Price. Refers to the total price payable to OTG on an annual basis (including any Subscription Fees), net of any tax, as set out in the Service Order or as later agreed in writing between the Parties.
