The CONTRACTOR shall not be charged administrative fees for its annual events scheduled in advance included in the Annual Work Plan (the PLAN) and approved by the STATE.
The Borrower shall, by not later than four (4) months after the Effective Date, and thereafter on an annual basis, by not later than January 31 each year, prepare and furnish to the Bank an annual work plan and budget (“Annual Work Plan and Budget”) for the Project for the subsequent year, said Annual Work Plan and Budget of such scope and detail as the Bank shall have reasonably requested.
