Annual Work Plan definition

Annual Work Plan means each annual work plan, together with the related budget, for the Project approved by the Association pursuant to the provisions of Section I.B.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Examples of Annual Work Plan in a sentence

• On an annual basis, OCII and the Public Works ITF shall collectively review the Transbay Annual Work Plan (as defined in Section 3.b. below) from which ITF shall prepare a draft of the ITF Transbay Annual Budget (as also defined in Section 3.b. below).

• The Borrower shall cause NAF, through the PMU, to prepare and furnish to the Bank, not later than January 31 of each year, starting January 1, 2021, an Annual Work Plan and Budget containing all activities proposed to be included in the Project and a proposed financing plan for expenditures required for such activities, setting forth the proposed amounts, sources of financing and eligible costs.

More Definitions of Annual Work Plan

Annual Work Plan means the formal plan submitted to the Department, by Green Diamond on an annual basis pursuant to Section 4.0 of this Agreement, and as revised from time to time pursuant to Section 4.3 of this Agreement, so that the Department may determine whether the individual plans described therein are consistent with this Agreement prior to implementation by Green Diamond.

Annual Work Plan means any of the Project annual work plans referred to in Section 3.06 (a) (i) of this Agreement;

Annual Work Plan means the time-bound program of Project activities, to be prepared on an annual basis pursuant to Section I.C(a) of Schedule 2 of this Agreement.
