Annualized Run Rate Revenue definition

Annualized Run Rate Revenue means, as of any date of determination, for any Tower Site, the net annualized rent payable by Tenants for occupancy of a Tower Site as of such date (including site maintenance fees paid, license, easement, and similar fees and revenues pursuant to the Cingular Sublease and fees received as to Economic Benefit Sites and Managed Tower Sites).
Annualized Run Rate Revenue means, at any point in time, the net annualized rent payable by Lessees for occupancy of a Site at such time.
Annualized Run Rate Revenue means for any Tower Site, the annualized rent payable by Tenants for occupancy of a Tower Site at such time.

Examples of Annualized Run Rate Revenue in a sentence

  • Any Retained Collections Contributions will be part of Aggregate Annualized Run Rate Revenue for one year from the related deposit date.

  • Any Retained Collections Contribution made following a Collection Period, but on or before the related Payment Date may, at the Issuer’s discretion as designated in the applicable Manager Report, be included in Aggregate Annualized Run Rate Revenue as of the related Determination Date.

  • Any Retained Collections Contributions will be part of Aggregate Annualized Run Rate Revenue for up to ninety (90) days from the related deposit date.

Annualized Run Rate Revenue means, as of any Determination Date, an amount equal to (a) the excess of (i) Retained Collections for the most recently completed Quarterly Collection Period over (ii) the sum (without duplication) of (x) the Management Fee for such Quarterly Collection Period, (y) the Monthly Fiber Network Operating Expenses for the months in such Quarterly Collection Period and (z) insurance expenses and local or other property and similar taxes (including payments in lieu of taxes) paid by the Loan Parties with respect to the Fiber Network Assets during such Quarterly Collection Period, multiplied by (b) four. Notwithstanding anything contained in this definition to the contrary, the Annualized Run Rate Revenue for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2023 shall be deemed to be an amount agreed in writing between the Facility Agent and the Borrower.
