Anonymised Data definition

Anonymised Data means any Customer Personal Data, which has been anonymised such that the Data Subject to whom it relates cannot be identified, directly or indirectly, by Supplier or any other party reasonably likely to receive or access that anonymised Personal Data.
Anonymised Data means information which does not relate to an identified or identifiable natural person or to personal data rendered anonymous in such a manner that the data subject is not or no longer identifiable.
Anonymised Data means data which has undergone the process of anonymisation;

  • To the extent the Aggregated and Anonymised Data is not owned by the Employer, You hereby grant to Radiodetection an irrevocable, worldwide, exclusive, fully paid-up, sub-licensable, transferable and unrestricted right and licence to host, store, use, copy, modify, manipulate, configure, create derivatives from, transmit, display, make available to third parties and/or commercialise any or all of the Aggregated and Anonymised Data.

More Definitions of Anonymised Data

Anonymised Data means data from which the patient cannot be identified by the recipient of the information. The name, address, and full postal code must be removed, together with any other information which, in conjunction with other data held by or disclosed to the recipient, could identify the patient. Patient reference numbers or other unique numbers may be included only if recipients of the data do not have access to the 'key' to trace the identity of the patient using that number.
