Anonymous Data definition

Anonymous Data means Personal Data that has been processed in such a manner that it can no longer be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Anonymous Data means information that does not identify a person.
Anonymous Data means the anonymous data derived from the anonymization and aggregation of Customer Data or collected by PCS as part of the monitoring, provision, usage and performance of the Services.

More Definitions of Anonymous Data

Anonymous Data means Personal Data that has been processed in such a manner that it can no longer be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person without additional information unavailable to any third party other than Authorized Subcontractors.
Anonymous Data means any data that either in origin or on account of its having been processed cannot be associated with any identified or identifiable data subject;
Anonymous Data means data that has been de-identified and/or aggregated with other data to such an extent that Client and Client Affiliates are no longer identifiable, and individuals are no longer identified, identifiable, linked or linkable, or otherwise ascertainable by reference to or combination with other datasets.
Anonymous Data means information which does not enable identification of an individual user so that identification is irreversibly prevented, such as aggregated information about the use of our Service. Therefore, such information does not constitute “Information” and use and disclosure of same does not affect any of your rights under US, EU, Canadian or other applicable privacy laws. We use standard analytics tools such as of Google Analytics and Hotjar. We may use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize our service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device’s IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (jurisdiction only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.
Anonymous Data means anonymous data that by virtue of the method of collection can never reasonably be connected with the person providing. This data will be limited to aggregate Information relevant to system utilization as associated with the Contractor’s application implemented for the City.
