Antenna array definition

Antenna array means a single or group of antenna elements and associated mounting hardware, transmission lines, or other appurtenances which share a common attachment device such as a mounting frame or mounting support structure for the sole purpose of transmitting or receiving electromagnetic waves.
Antenna array means a radiating or receiving system composed of several spaced radiators or elements.
Antenna array means two or more antennas having active elements extending in one or more directions, and directional antennas mounted upon and rotated through a vertical mast or tower interconnecting the beam and antenna support, all of which elements are deemed to be part of the antenna.

More Definitions of Antenna array

Antenna array means a single or group of antenna elements, not including small wireless facilities, and associated mounting hardware, transmission lines, remote radio units, or other appurtenances which share a common attachment device such as a mounting frame or mounting support structure for the sole purpose of transmitting or receiving wireless communication signals.
Antenna array means one or more rods, panels, discs, or similar devices used for the transmission or reception of radio frequency signals, which may include an omni-directional antenna (rod), a directional antenna (panel) and a parabolic antenna (dish). The Antenna Array does not include the support structure defined below.
Antenna array means a set of one or more Antennas mounted directly on the support structure, frame or rack.
Antenna array means one or more devices, whips, panels, dishes, rods or similar devices used for the transmission or reception of radio frequency signals, microwave or other signals for telecommunications purposes. One or more such devices affixed or attached to a support structure or to an alternative support structure are included in the definition of antenna array.
Antenna array means two or more antenna as defined in this section.
Antenna array means a grouping of one or more antennae.
Antenna array means a grouping or clustering of antennas or panels, which together, provide for the transmitting or receiving capabilities for a telecommunication service provider.
