Apollo Entities definition

Apollo Entities means Apollo and each of its respective Controlled Affiliates.

Apollo Entities means the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

Apollo Entities means Apollo Investment, Apollo Overseas, Apollo U.K. and their Permitted Transferees.

Apollo Entities means the Selling Stockholders included under the heading “Apollo Entities” in Schedule II hereto.
