Applicable Code definition

Applicable Code means the EFPIA Code and/or the national code or codes applicable under the provisions of this Code of Conduct, in particular Section 1 para. 4.
Applicable Code means the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (including the IBC Existing Building Code) and the Borough of Swarthmore Property Maintenance Code.
Applicable Code means: (1) uniform building, fire, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical codes adopted by a recognized national code organization; and (2) COCP amendments to those codes.

More Definitions of Applicable Code

Applicable Code or “codes” means uniform building, fire, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical codes adopted by a recognized national code organization; and local amendments to those codes to the extent not inconsistent with Chapter 284.
