Applicable Codes and Standards definition

Applicable Codes and Standards means any and all codes, standards or requirements applicable to the Work set forth or listed in Attachment A, in any Applicable Law (subject to an adjustment by Change Order in accordance with Section 6.2A.1), or which are set forth or listed in any document or Drawing listed in Attachment A, which codes, standards and requirements shall govern Contractor’s performance of the Work, as provided herein, provided that, with respect to Applicable Codes and Standards which are not set forth in any Applicable Law, any reference herein to such Applicable Codes and Standards shall refer to those Applicable Codes and Standards set forth or listed in any document or Drawing listed in Attachment A.
Applicable Codes and Standards means those certain codes, requirements and standards applicable to the Facility, the Job Site, the Work, Contractor and/or any Subcontractors set forth in Exhibit A or in any applicable Law. In the event of an inconsistency or conflict between any of the Applicable Codes and Standards, the more stringent standard as contemplated therein shall govern Contractor’s performance under this Agreement.
Applicable Codes and Standards means any and all codes, standards or requirements set forth herein (including Schedule “D”) or in any Applicable Law, which codes, standards and requirements shall govern Willbros’ performance of the Work, as provided herein. In the event of an inconsistency or conflict between any of the Applicable Codes and Standards, the highest performance standard as contemplated therein shall govern Willbros’ performance.

  • The Design Documents, including the Drawings and Specifications, shall be based on and comply with the requirements of this Agreement, including the Scope of Services, Project Requirements, Good Design Practices, Applicable Codes and Standards, Applicable Law, the Standard of Care and all other provisions of this Agreement.

  • Subject to Section 1.1(e) regarding conflicts between any Applicable Codes and Standards, in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between a provision in one document and a provision in another document, the document with the higher priority shall control.


More Definitions of Applicable Codes and Standards

Applicable Codes and Standards means any and all codes, standards or requirements applicable to the Work set forth or listed inAttachment A, in any Applicable Law (subject to an adjustment by Change Order in accordance with Section 6.2A.1), or which are set forth or listed in any document or Drawing listed in Attachment A, which codes, standards and requirements shall govern Contractor’s performance of the Work, as provided herein, provided that, with respect to Applicable Codes and Standards which are not set forth in any Applicable Law, any reference herein to such Applicable Codes and Standards shall refer to those Applicable Codes and Standards set forth or listed in any document or Drawing listed in Attachment A.
Applicable Codes and Standards means those codes and standards that are applicable to the Liquefaction Project, the LNG Facility or the Work, under Applicable Laws and as set forth in Appendix A, Appendix B or the Deliverables.
Applicable Codes and Standards means the standards applicable to the construction of a structure that are in force at the date of the issue of the Facility Alteration Permit, or where one has been issued, on the date of issue of the Development Permit, which may include but which are not limited to the following:
Applicable Codes and Standards means those codes, requirements, guidelines and standards of design, engineering, construction, operation, workmanship, equipment, and components specified in the Scope Book (as may be amended from time to time); provided, however, if the relevant standard is not so specified or is ambiguous therein, then “Applicable Codes and Standards” shall mean those standards of design, engineering, construction, workmanship, operation, care and diligence prevailing during performance of the Work normally practiced by, and generally acceptable to, the electric power and generation engineering, procurement and construction industry in the United States in performing services of a similar nature to the Work in accordance with Prudent Industry Practices, Applicable Law, applicable Permits, and codes and other standards established for such Work. In the event of an inconsistency or conflict between any of the Applicable Codes and Standards, the highest performance standard as contemplated therein shall govern the Partiesperformance under this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed.
Applicable Codes and Standards means the codes, standards or requirements set forth in Exhibit A applicable to the Work.
Applicable Codes and Standards means all codes, standards or requirements set forth herein or in any Applicable Law, and which shall govern Architect’s performance of the Services as provided herein. In the event of an inconsistency or conflict between any of the Applicable Codes and Standards, the highest performance standard as contemplated therein shall govern Architect’s performance under this Agreement.
Applicable Codes and Standards means those codes and standards applicable to the design, engineering, manufacture, workmanship and equipment applicable to the Scope of Work, as more fully described in the Scope of Work.
