Applicable Event Determination Date definition
Applicable Event Determination Date means, in respect of a Specified Payment Date, an Event Determination Date with respect to the Reference Entity for which the related Credit Event occurred on or after the Credit Event Backstop Date (determined by reference to Greenwich Mean Time or, if applicable according to the relevant Transaction Type, Tokyo time) and on or prior to the Specified Payment Extension Date relating to that Specified Payment Date (determined by reference to Greenwich Mean Time or, if applicable according to the relevant Transaction Type, Tokyo time);

Applicable Event Determination Date means, in respect of an Affected Reference Entity, an Event Determination Date that occurs on or before the Latest Potential Event Determination Date with respect to such Reference Entity and for which the related Credit Event occurred on or after the Credit Event Backstop Date in respect of such Reference Entity.
