Applicable Funding Condition definition

Applicable Funding Condition means the Tranche A-1 Funding Condition, the Tranche A-2 Funding Condition, the Tranche B Funding Condition, the Tranche C Funding Condition or the Tranche D Funding Condition, as the context may require.

Applicable Funding Condition has the meaning set forth in the Loans Schedule.
