Applicable Ownership Interest in Debentures means a 5% undivided beneficial ownership interest in $1,000 principal amount of Debentures that is a component of a Corporate Unit, and “Applicable Ownership Interests in Debentures” means the aggregate of each Applicable Ownership Interest in Debentures that is a component of all Corporate Units then Outstanding.
Applicable Ownership Interest in Debentures means a 1/20 undivided beneficial ownership interest in $1,000 principal amount of Debentures that is a component of a Corporate Unit.

  • The Company may cause to be made in any Corporate Unit Certificates thereafter to be issued such change in phraseology and form (but not in substance) as may be appropriate to reflect the substitution of the Applicable Ownership Interest in the Treasury Portfolio for the Applicable Ownership Interest in Debentures as collateral.
