Applicable Screen Rate definition
Applicable Screen Rate as defined in the definition of “Impacted Interest Period”.
Applicable Screen Rate means CDOR, SOR, BBR, HIBOR, the EURIBO Rate or the Eurocurrency Rate, as the context may require.

The Applicable Reference Rate quote for an Applicable Currency on the applicable screen page that the applicable Agent designates to determine such Applicable Reference Rate for such Applicable Currency as referenced in the definition of Domestic LIBOR Rate, Canadian LIBOR Rate, Sterling LIBOR Rate, EURIBOR Rate, U.K. Dollar LIBOR Rate or U.K. Overnight LIBOR Rate, as applicable, (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations for such Applicable Currency as may be designated by the applicable Agent from time to time).
Applicable Screen Rate means TIBOR or the Eurocurrency Rate, as the context may require.
Applicable Screen Rate in Section 1.01 of the Existing Revolving Credit Agreement is hereby amended by replacing the words “Advances in Canadian Dollars, CDOR” with the words “intentionally omitted”.
Applicable Screen Rate means, with respect to Dollar-denominated Eurocurrency Rate Advances, the LIBO Screen Rate and, with respect to Euro-denominated Eurocurrency Rate Advances, the EURIBO Screen Rate.
