Application Documents definition

Application Documents means collectively: (i) the grant application submitted by Grantee, including all exhibits, schedules, appendices and attachments thereto; (ii) all documents, correspondence and other written materials submitted with respect to the grant application; and (iii) all amendments, modifications or supplements to any of the foregoing approved in writing by City.

Application Documents means a tender, a request to participate, a grant application or an application in a contest for prizes;

Application Documents means the items required as part of an Application submitted to the City prior to them being accepted as complete as provided in Subsection (e)(1).

Examples of Application Documents in a sentence

• Any statement, representation or warranty contained in this Agreement, in the Application Documents, in any Funding Request or in any other document submitted to City under this Agreement is found by City to be false or misleading.

• This Agreement and the Application Documents set forth the entire Agreement between the parties, and supersede all other oral or written provisions.

• If there is any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Application Documents, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.

• No document furnished or to be furnished by Grantee to City in connection with the Application Documents, this Agreement, any Funding Request or any other document relating to any of the foregoing, contains or will contain any untrue statement of material fact or omits or will omit a material fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleading, under the circumstances under which any such statement shall have been made.

• Grantee shall diligently and in good faith implement the Grant Plan on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and, to the extent that they do not differ from this Agreement, the Application Documents.

Business Day means any day (other than a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday) on which we are open for general banking business in Great Britain and where in relation to execution timeframes in respect of a payment to an account with another financial institution, a day on which the payee’s bank is also open for business. However, with some payment methods (such as Faster Payments), payments will appear in your Account, and be available to use, on the same day. The date that is shown for that payment (for example, on your statement), and the date from which the money starts to earn interest if it is in an interest-bearing account, will still be the following Business Day.
