Application of this Agreement. This Agreement applies to the Land and to the Development proposed in the Development Application, as may be modified.
Application of this Agreement. 2.1 All facilities made available by the Bank to any Person in respect of a Card or a Card Account are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (as may be amended from time to time subject to prior notice) and any other applicable terms and conditions. A Person becomes subject to such terms and conditions (if not already so subject) by signing, activating or using a Card or permitting its use.
2.2 This Agreement shall be binding on each successor, personal representative and person lawfully acting on behalf of any Cardmember.
Application of this Agreement. This Agreement shall apply to investments which are made prior to or after its entry into force by investors ot either Contracting Party in accordance with the laws and regulations of the other Contractmg Party in the territory of the latter.
Application of this Agreement. I hereby agree that my obligations set forth in Sections 1 and 2 hereof and the definitions of Proprietary Information and Invention Ideas contained therein shall be equally applicable to Proprietary Information and Invention Ideas relating to any work performed by me for the Company prior to the execution of this Agreement.
Application of this Agreement. The terms of this Agreement shall apply mutatis mutandis to any Equity Shares:
(a) resulting from any conversion, reclassification, redesignation, subdivision or consolidation or other change of the Equity Shares of the Company; and
(b) of the Company or any successor body corporate which may be received by the Shareholders as a result of any merger, amalgamation, arrangement or other reorganization of or including the Company; and prior to any such action being taken, the Parties shall give due consideration to any changes which may be required to this Agreement in order to give effect to the intent of this Section.
Application of this Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement shall apply to investments made after its entry into force by investors of ore Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party, aid also to the investments existing in accordance with the laws of the Contracting Parties on the date this Agreement comes into force. However, the provisions of this Agreement shall not apply to claims arising out of events which occurred, or to claims which had been settled, prior to its entry into force.
Application of this Agreement. I hereby agree that my obligations set forth in Sections 3 and 5 hereof and the definitions of Proprietary Information and Creations contained therein shall be equally applicable to Proprietary Information and Creations relating to any work performed by me for the Company prior to the execution of this Agreement.
Application of this Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement shall apply to future investments of investors of one Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party, as well as to existing investments upon the entry into force of this Agreement.
Application of this Agreement. The terms of this Agreement shall apply mutatis mutandis to any securities of the Corporation resulting from the conversion, reclassification, redesignation, subdivision or consolidation or other change of the Shares.
Application of this Agreement. 3.1 This Agreement applies to:
(a) the Land (including the Road Land); and
(b) the Development.
