Application Site definition

Application Site means a property (such as a farm, a ranch or a mining property) where biosolids or septage residuals are applied to land. Application sites are identified as either agricultural sites or reclamation sites.
Application Site means all contiguous areas of a property intended for biosolids application.
Application Site means the land upon which a land use, development or public work is proposed to be undertaken.
