Appointment Order definition

Appointment Order has the meaning set out in the recitals;
Appointment Order means the Order made by the Court which appoints and constitutes the Committee;
Appointment Order means the Order of the Court made December 7, 2021, among other things, appointing BDO as Receiver of the Contested Funds held by Applicants pertaining to the Sunrise Technology Scheme (as defined in that Order);

Examples of Appointment Order in a sentence

  • Upon receiving the Appointment Order, the Clerk shall select a member of the Panel.

Appointment Order means: in relation to NHS trusts, an order authorising the appointment of a trust special administrator made by the Secretary of State for Health under section 65B of the National Health Service Act 2006 or in relation to NHS foundation trusts, an order authorising the appointment of a trust special administrator by Monitor under section 65D of the National Health Service Act 2006
