Appointments definition

Appointments has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.1(h).
Appointments means the appointments of the Professional Team to be entered into in the form of the appointments attached at schedule 5 subject to such amendments as may be reasonably required by the members of the Professional Team with the Tenant’s approval (not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed)
Appointments means a scheduled time for the Salon to perform Services for the Client as agreed to or booked by the Client.

More Definitions of Appointments

Appointments means the consultancy agreements entered into (either prior to or following the date of the Agreements) with each of the members of the Professional Team by the Development Manager in Agreed Form and any consultancy agreement entered into with an additional or substituted member of the Professional Team pursuant to Clause 5.3 of the Pre- Development Services Agreement;

Appointments. We understand the value of time, yours and ours. However, missed appointments represent a cost to us, to you, and to other patients who could have been seen in the time set aside for you. Therefore, for the courtesy of all of our patients, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of all appointments. A $25 fee will be charged for appointments not cancelled or rescheduled with at least a 24-hour notice. We require a valid credit card be kept on file; this fee will be charged to the credit card for these appointments, not added to an account balance. Appointments. A session is usually 50 minutes in length. When a time period other that 50 minutes is agreed upon, the fee will be prorated accordingly. Appointments. Probationary member" means a Faculty member whose appointment is normally for a period of probation of not more than three (3) years and who shall, on satisfactory completion of that probationary period, become a continuing member. A probationary may be extended by the length of time that the member is not in receipt of regular salary. An Instructional "Assistant' hired to the Instructional or Professional Resource Staff shall be required to complete a probationary period for that position not to normally exceed two (2) years.
