Appraisal Firm means an appraisal entity that is 100%
Appraisal Firm means any person or entity that exclusively employs persons on an employer and employee basis for the performance of real estate appraisal services in the normal course of its business and the real estate appraisal services being performed are in accordance with the uniform standards of professional appraisal practices.
Appraisal Firm means an independent appraisal firm (which may be an investment banking firm of national recognition) selected by, and at the expense of, the Borrower and reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Appraisal Firm means an appraisal entity that is 100% owned and controlled by a person or persons licensed in Illinois as a certified general real estate appraiser or a certified residential real estate appraiser. An appraisal firm does not include an appraisal management company.
