Apprentices definition

Apprentices means those persons registered individually under a bona fide apprenticeship program registered with the Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training in the United States Department of Labor. The contractor using the apprentice must submit evidence of his/her indenture and/or apprenticeship registration when the apprentice’s name appears on a submitted payroll.
Apprentices. An Employee, who has either filed application for or has a contract of Refrigeration apprenticeship in accordance with the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship Training and Trade Certification Act (or its successor) shall, before progressing to the next level complete all tasks set forth by the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission. Apprentices will not be paid beyond their demonstrated Saskatchewan Apprentice and Trade Certification Commission level, unless mutually agreed upon by the Employer and the Union.

More Definitions of Apprentices

Apprentices means a person who is engaging in the learning and assisting in the trade to which the apprentice has been assigned under these standards and who is covered by a written agreement with the Company providing for their training in accordance with these standards of apprenticeship and who is registered with the Registration Agencies.
