Appropriate Safeguards definition

Appropriate Safeguards means such legally enforceable mechanism(s) for transfers of Personal Data as may be permitted under Data Protection Legislation from time to time;
Appropriate Safeguards means such legally enforceable mechanism(s) for transfers of Personal Data as may be permitted under Data Protection Laws from time to time;
Appropriate Safeguards means appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR, such as binding corporate rules or standard data protection clauses adopted by the EU Commission, like the Standard Contractual Clauses defined below.
