Borrower shall promptly obtain and maintain, from time to time at its own expense, all Approvals and Permits as may be required to enable it to comply with its obligations hereunder and under the other Loan Documents.
Borrower shall obtain and maintain in effect from time to time all Approvals and Permits required for the development and marketing of the Project and the business activities and operations then being conducted by Borrower.
