Approved Application means the application of the LGA dated as of the dated specified on the Term Sheet as the “LGA Application Date,” submitted to the OWDA, together with all attachments, supporting documentation, amendments and supplements thereto as approved by the OWDA on the date specified on the Term Sheet as the “OWDA Application Approval Date,” together with any amendments thereto approved by the LGA and the OWDA after the date of this Agreement.

Approved Application means a School District has submitted a Form SAB 70-01 and all documents to the Office of Public School Construction (OPSC) that are required to be submitted with the Form SAB 70-01 as identified in the Specific Instructions Section of Form SAB 70-01.
