Approved Appraisal Firm definition

Approved Appraisal Firm. (a) Each of the following firms: Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Inc., Duff & Xxxxxx LLC, Lincoln Advisors, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx and Company and Valuation Research Corporation and (b) each Independent financial adviser of recognized standing retained by the Issuer, the Collateral Manager or the agent or lenders under any Collateral Obligation, as approved by the Collateral Manager.
Approved Appraisal Firm means those entities whose names are set forth on Schedule A, and any additional entity designated from time to time by the Services Provider (i) that is an independent appraisal firm recognized as being experienced in conducting valuations of loans of the type constituting Collateral Loans, and (ii) that the Borrower or the Services Provider determines, in accordance with the Servicing Standard, is qualified with respect to each Collateral Loan. In connection with such designation, the Borrower or the Services Provider shall deliver an updated Schedule A to the Administrative Agent, which updated Schedule A shall replace any previous Schedule A. Notwithstanding the foregoing, at no time may the Borrower, the Services Provider or any Affiliate thereof be an Approved Appraisal Firm.
Approved Appraisal Firm means (a) an independent appraisal firm recognized as being experienced in conducting valuations of secured loans or (b) an independent financial adviser of recognized standing retained by the Borrower, the Collateral Manager or the agent or lenders under any Loan, in each case as consented to by the Administrative Agent.

  • The Issuer shall obtain Appraisals with respect to Collateral Obligations from time to time as follows: (a) If any Collateral Obligation becomes a Defaulted Asset then, upon request from the Servicer or Holders of at least a Majority of the Class A Notes, the Collateral Manager shall promptly initiate the process of obtaining an Appraisal with respect to such Defaulted Asset pursuant to the terms of such Collateral Obligation or, in its discretion, obtain an Appraisal from an Approved Appraisal Firm.

Approved Appraisal Firm means (a) an independent appraisal firm recognized as being experienced in conducting valuations of secured loans or (b) an independent financial adviser of recognized standing retained by the Borrower, the Collateral Manager or the agent or lenders under any Collateral Loan, in each case as consented to by the Administrative Agent.
Approved Appraisal Firm means (a) each independent appraisal firm set forth on Exhibit F hereto or (b) (i) with respect to a Collateral Obligation that is a loan, an independent appraisal firm recognized as being experienced in conducting valuations of secured loans and with respect to a Collateral Obligation that is a debt obligation, an independent appraisal firm recognized as being experienced in conducting valuations of debt obligations, or (ii) an independent financial adviser of recognized standing retained by the Borrower, the Collateral Manager or the agent or lenders under any Collateral Obligation, in the case of each of the preceding clauses (b)(i) and (b)(ii), as approved by each of the Collateral Manager and the Facility Agent.
Approved Appraisal Firm means Lincoln International LLC (f/k/a Lincoln Partners LLC), Valuation Research Corporation, Xxxxxxx & Marsal, Duff & Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, FTI Consulting and any appraisal or valuation firm providing such service to Blackstone/GSO Secured Lending Fund; provided that any independent appraisal firm or independent financial advisor recognized as being experienced in conducting valuations of secured loans may be added as an “Approved Appraisal Firm” with the consent of the Administrative Agent (such consent not the be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned).
Approved Appraisal Firm means an independent third-party appraisal firm, including, Hilco Valuation Services, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Great American Group and Tiger Group and, any other independent nationally recognized third-party appraisal firm either (a) specified on the related Asset Approval Request and approved on the related Approval Notice or (b) selected by the Borrower and approved in writing by the Facility Agent (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).
Approved Appraisal Firm means those entities set forth on Schedule 13 hereto (and any of their respective Affiliates that are clearly identifiable as such solely on the basis of such Affiliate’s name); provided that any other appraisal firm or independent financial advisor recognized as being experienced in conducting appraisals of Asset-Backed Loans may be added to Schedule 13 hereto as an “Approved Appraisal Firm” with the consent of the Administrative Agent (such consent not the be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned).
Approved Appraisal Firm means those entities set forth on Schedule 2 (and any of their respective Affiliates that are clearly identifiable as such solely on the basis of such Affiliate’s name) and any appraisal or valuation firm providing such service to the Servicer; provided that any other independent appraisal or valuation firm or independent financial advisor recognized as being experienced in conducting appraisals or valuations of secured loans may be added to Schedule 2 as an “Approved Appraisal Firm” with the consent of the Administrative Agent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned).
Approved Appraisal Firm means those entities whose names are set forth on Schedule A, as it may be amended from time to time; provided that (a) any such entity shall be an independent appraisal firm (i) recognized as being experienced in conducting valuations of loans of the type constituting Collateral Loans and (ii) that the Borrower or the Collateral Manager determines, in accordance with the Servicing Standard, is qualified with respect to each Collateral Loan, (b) at no time may the Borrower, the Collateral Manager or any Affiliate thereof be an Approved Appraisal Firm and (c) any amendment to Schedule A will be not effective without the satisfaction of the Rating Condition.
