Approved Bank Account definition

Approved Bank Account means an account maintained at a bank reasonably approved by Agent, as to which account, Borrowers, Master Tenants, as applicable, said bank and Agent shall have entered into an agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Agent to ensure Agent that Agent has “control” of such account as such term is defined in the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the applicable state and as to a Borrower’s right, title and interest in such amounts in such account Agent has a perfected first security interest (all costs and expenses of negotiating, documenting and maintaining such bank account, agreement and perfected security interest shall be paid for by Borrowers).
Approved Bank Account means a bank account established by you with any financial institution designated or approved by the Processing Agent, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld. The Approved Bank Account shall be required to permit an integration with the Processing Agent Platform as to permit the Company to exercise its rights under Subsection 6(f)(i), herein, solely with regard to income and employment verification. You are not required, though you are permitted, to enroll in automatic debiting for your Approved Bank Account under this Agreement.
Approved Bank Account means a bank account established by you with a financial institution designated or approved by Company's ISA program manager.

Examples of Approved Bank Account in a sentence

  • In the event the Approved Bank Account becomes unavailable or Purchaser requests that a different bank account be used for any reason (such as difficulties debiting the Weekly Delivery Amount from such bank account), Merchant shall arrange for another Approved Bank Account immediately, and in no event later than five calendar days after the prior account becomes unavailable or Purchaser requests the designation of a new Approved Bank Account.

  • If the Direct Debit Method is used, and for the purpose of allowing Purchaser to debit any fees due under this Agreement if the Payment Card Split Method is used, Merchant designates the bank account below as the Approved Bank Account, subject to approval by Purchaser.

  • In the event the Approved Bank Account or Approved Processor shall become unavailable or shall cease providing services to Seller during the term of this Agreement, prior to the first date of such unavailability or cessation of services, Seller shall arrange for another Approved Bank Account or Approved Processor, as the case may be.
