Approved Business definition

Approved Business means any business set out in Division 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 1;

Approved Business shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Certificate.

Approved Business includes the on-going business of Southern Counties Lubricants, LLC, a California limited liability company, in the City of Orange. It is the intent of the Parties that nothing in this Agreement or the implementation hereof violate Government Code Section 53084.5.
