When requested by Owner in writing or as set forth in an Approved Business Plan, Manager or an affiliate thereof shall, at Owner’s expense and in Owner’s name or in Manager’s name as agent for Owner, supervise the installation and construction of all Major Capital Improvements to the Property where such work constitutes other than normal maintenance and repair, for additional compensation as set forth in a separate agreement.

The Company shall not incur expenditures (on a consolidated basis) in any quarter in excess of 120% of the amount set forth in the Approved Business Plan for that quarter.
Approved Business Plan" has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Transaction Agreement.
The Company shall promptly inform the Purchaser of each such minor change or modification to an Approved Business Plan that the Chief Executive Officer has made or approved in accordance with this Section 2.5(4).
