Approved Carrier definition

Approved Carrier means any of the carriers listed on Schedule 1.1E hereto.

• The Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts, on or prior to the date which is sixty (60) days after the Effective Date, to deliver to the Administrative Agent transportation control agreements (in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion), duly executed by each Approved Carrier.
