Approved Classification definition

Approved Classification means, in relation to a Ship, as at the date of this Agreement, the classification in relation to that Ship specified in Schedule 7 (Details of the Ships and other definitions) with the relevant Approved Classification Society or the equivalent classification with another Approved Classification Society.
Approved Classification means an approved classification under the Classification Rules.
Approved Classification of a biological agent means the classification of that agent approved by the Health and Safety Commission;

More Definitions of Approved Classification

Approved Classification means class of the highest level with the Approved Classification Society.
