Approved Classification Society means, in relation to a Ship, as at the date of this Agreement, the classification society in respect of that Ship specified in Schedule 7 (Details of the Ships ) or any other classification society approved in writing by the Facility Agent acting with the authorisation of the Majority Lenders.
Approved Classification Society means, in relation to a Ship, a classification society which is a member of IACS (other than the China Classification Society and the Russian Maritime Registry of Shipping) and acceptable to the Agent;

More Definitions of Approved Classification Society
Approved Classification Society means, in relation to a Vessel, any of DNV GL, Lloyd’s Register of Shipping, American Bureau of Shipping, Korean Register of Shipping and Bureau Veritas or such other first-class vessel classification society that is a member of IACS that the Agent may, with the consent of the Majority Lenders (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), approve from time to time.
Approved Classification Society means American Bureau of Shipping, Nippon Kaiji Kyokai (Class NK), DNV, Lloyd’s Register, Bureau Veritas, Korean Register of Shipping, China Classification Society or an equivalent organisation or any other classification society each as approved by the Agent (acting on the instructions of the Majority Banks).
Approved Classification Society means Bureau Veritas, DNV, Rina or Lloyd's Register or any other classification society approved in writing by the Agent, provided that the Agent shall not unreasonably withhold or delay consent if the classification society is a member of the International Association of Classification Societies.
