TiL products shall be sold only through Factory Approved Dealers.
Directed shall not, and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause Approved Dealers not to, (i) promote Subscriptions on terms other than the terms designated by Sirius, (ii) represent that any Subscription may be obtained on terms or rates other than those designated by Sirius or (iii) impose any additional terms or conditions in connection with any Subscription.
Sirius may, in its sole discretion, assist Directed in providing such Support Materials and services to Approved Dealers.
