Approved Flag definition

Approved Flag means the Xxxxxxxx Islands flag, the Liberian flag, the Panama flag or any other flag which the Agent may approve as the flag on which a Ship may be registered;

Approved Flag means, in relation to a Ship, Xxxxxxxx Islands, or such other flag approved in writing by the Facility Agent acting with the authorisation of all the Lenders.

Approved Flag means such flag as the Lender may, in its absolute discretion, approve as the flag on which a Ship shall be registered;

• A duly executed original of the Mortgage and the General Assignment in respect of the Relevant Initial Ship and of each document to be delivered under or pursuant to each of them together with documentary evidence that the Mortgage in respect of the Relevant Initial Ship has been duly registered as a valid first preferred or priority (as applicable) ship mortgage in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of its Approved Flag.

More Definitions of Approved Flag

Approved Flag means the Panamanian flag or such other flag as the Agent may, with the consent of the Majority Lenders, approve from time to time in writing as the flag on which a Ship shall be registered;

Approved Flag means the Maltese flag, the Cypriot flag, the Greek flag or such other flag as the Lenders may, in their absolute discretion, approve as the flag on which a Ship shall be registered;

Approved Flag means the Norwegian International Ship Registry, the Bahamas, Liberia, the Xxxxxxxx Islands, Panama, the United Kingdom or such other flag as may be approved in accordance with Clause 20.1 (Ship’s name and registration);
