Approved Flag means the Xxxxxxxx Islands flag, the Liberian flag, the Panama flag or any other flag which the Agent may approve as the flag on which a Ship may be registered;
Approved Flag means, in relation to a Ship, Xxxxxxxx Islands, or such other flag approved in writing by the Facility Agent acting with the authorisation of all the Lenders.

Approved Flag means, in relation to a Ship, the Maltese flag or such flag as the Lender may, in sole and absolute discretion, approve as the flag on which that Ship shall be registered;
