Approved Flag means the Xxxxxxxx Islands flag, the Liberian flag and such other flag as the Agent may, in its sole and absolute discretion, approve as the flag on which a Ship shall be registered;

Each Borrower shall ensure that the Ship owned by it shall not trade in any trading area prohibited from time to time by the government of the relevant Approved Flag, the government of that Bxxxxxxx's jurisdiction or the government of the nationality of the officers and crew of that Ship.

More Definitions of Approved Flag
Approved Flag means, in relation to a Ship, the Panamanian, Cypriot, Liberian, Maltese, Xxxxxxxx Islands flag or such other flag as the Agent may approve (with the authorisation of the Majority Lenders) as the flag on which that Ship is or, as the case may be, shall be registered;
Approved Flag means the Panamanian flag or such other flag as the Agent may, with the consent of the Majority Lenders, approve from time to time in writing as the flag on which a Ship shall be registered;

Approved Flag means, in relation to a Ship, the flag under which that Ship is or is to be, following its delivery to the relevant Borrower, registered as approved from time to time by the Agent with the authorisation of all the Lenders;
Approved Flag means the Bermudian flag, the Mxxxxxxx Islands flag, the Bahamian flag or such other flag as the Agent may, with the approval of the Italian Authorities and at least four Lenders representing as a minimum the Majority Lenders, approve from time to time.
