Approved Location definition

Approved Location means the site for the operation of the Franchised Business selected by Franchisee and approved in writing by Franchisor;

Approved Location means (a) a storage terminal or facility located in the United States or Canada owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary; or (b) other storage location located in the United States or Canada identified by the Borrower by notice to the Administrative Agent for which, if requested by the Administrative Agent, the Borrower has used commercially reasonable efforts to cause the owner, operator or landlord thereof to execute and deliver, a waiver of lien, subordination agreement or similar agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent with respect to any inventories of Petroleum Products stored at such terminal or facility.

Approved Location means location mentioned in the approved project.

Examples of Approved Location in a sentence

• If Franchisee fails or refuses to comply with the requirements of this Section, Franchisor has the right to enter upon the Approved Location for the purpose of making or causing to be made such changes as may be required, at the expense of Franchisee, which expense Franchisee shall pay upon demand.

• Upon termination or expiration, this Agreement and all rights granted hereunder to Franchisee shall forthwith terminate, and Franchisee shall comply with all of the obligations applicable to the Approved Location as set forth in this Section XVIII.

• Franchisee acknowledges and agrees that (i) this franchise relates solely to the Approved Location; (ii) this Agreement does not entitle Franchisee to any protected territory, territorial rights or exclusivity; and (iii) this franchise and Franchisee’s rights hereunder are granted only for the number of guest rooms specified in Attachment A hereto.

More Definitions of Approved Location

Approved Location means a location that meets the eligibility requirements of this rule for inclusion and is included on the health care volunteer registry.
