If Franchisee fails or refuses to comply with the requirements of this Section, Franchisor has the right to enter upon the Approved Location for the purpose of making or causing to be made such changes as may be required, at the expense of Franchisee, which expense Franchisee shall pay upon demand.
Upon termination or expiration, this Agreement and all rights granted hereunder to Franchisee shall forthwith terminate, and Franchisee shall comply with all of the obligations applicable to the Approved Location as set forth in this Section XVIII.
This Agreement, including the attachments, exhibits and addenda hereto, and any execution copies thereof, the agreements executed simultaneously herewith or pursuant to, or in connection with, this Agreement, contain the entire agreement between the parties hereto as it relates to the Approved Location as of the date hereof.
Franchisee shall make such specific additional changes to the Approved Location as Franchisor may reasonably request for that purpose including, without limitation, removal of all physical and structural features identifying or distinctive to the System.
Franchisee acknowledges and agrees that (i) this franchise relates solely to the Approved Location; (ii) this Agreement does not entitle Franchisee to any protected territory, territorial rights or exclusivity; and (iii) this franchise and Franchisee’s rights hereunder are granted only for the number of guest rooms specified in Attachment A hereto.
