Approved Persons definition

Approved Persons means Representatives or Outside Advisors of a Party, when designated in accordance with these procedures.
Approved Persons means us, our officials, employees, agents and any other persons who by reason of their capacity or office have access to our records or registers or any correspondence or material with regard to the account holder, the Account and the Investments.
Approved Persons means any Partner and any other Person approved in advance of transfer in writing by the General Partner, and “Amended” means a change to the trust instrument regarding the appointment, selection or designation of successor or additional trustees, and shall not mean an amendment solely to the other provisions of the trust instrument.

More Definitions of Approved Persons

Approved Persons means a person in relation to whom the FCA has given its approval under section 59 of the FSMA for the performance of Controlled Functions.
